Fundraiser September 10^th, 2011

This is a fundraising event for Unity 2012, a concert featuring the band Sloohai. Come out and help us fundraise for an awesome event to be held next August 2012 in Manitoba.  Bring the whole family!  This is a Family friendly event – ALCOHOL STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Program

• Gates open at 5pm
• Parish and Grotto Tours available from 5pmto 6:15pm
• Show starts at 6:30pm 

Seating

All seating is unassigned.  Please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets.  Limited bench and picnic table seating is available on a first come basis. 

Guest Services

Buy your meal or bring a picnic!  Limited concession service will be available on site and will open at 5:00pm.  Souvenirs are available at the Information booth.  NO PETS Please.  (Souvenirs include: water bottles, Frisbees, pens, icon cards, etc)  

Location

Immaculate Conception Parish,Cooks Creek,Manitoba. 

This event will take place on the beautiful grounds behind the grotto.   

Cost

$20 Adults  ~ $10 Children (12 and under)    ~    Special – buy 9 tickets get 1 free!  *only until September 9^th.

Tickets available at the gate. 

What to Bring

Please be prepared to changes in the weather.  Remember to bring mosquito repellant, warm clothes, rain-proof outerwear, and a lawn chair.  Be prepared as the evening can cool off quickly once the sun sets.  Be prepared to leave after sunset.
